***THE MAJORITY OF SPORTS-RELATED INJURIES CAN BE MANAGED BY THIS OFFICE. If your child sustains an athletic injury, other than an obvious fracture, call the office to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. The Dr. will evaluate and manage your injury and get the appropriate specialist involvement, if needed, in an expedited manner.

For appointments call (859) 371-7400. The staff is available at 8:00 Monday through Saturday.

To provide for the needs of our patients we have a very complex schedule. We make sure a doctor is available to you around the clock - seven days a week. Of course each doctor is scheduled some time off to be with their families, etc. Therefore, if your "favorite" doctor is not available at a particular time, feel sure any of the others will be glad to see your child. You may wish for non-emergency visits to wait until the doctor you prefer is back in the office to schedule an appointment. Appointments are scheduled by taking into consideration availability, urgency, and doctor’s schedules.

You can help us by:

  1. Calling as early as possible, we start answering the phones at 8:00am.
  2. Be prepared to accept first available appointments.
  3. Being on time.
  4. Not adding children to a single appointment. There will be a charge for doing this.
  5. Calling as early as possible to cancel an appointment you cannot keep. If an appointment is not kept without notifying our office, there could be a charge.
  6. Informing the receptionist if you anticipate needing extra time with the doctor for consultation, prior to the visit.
  7. In some cases it may be to your benefit to know whom you are speaking with when calling the office. Always ask who you are speaking to.
